Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. has announced that it has received the Platinum and Diamond support award honors from Hyland Software for helping organizations operate more efficiently using the OnBase ECM solution.
The Diamond Award is an annual recognition of service excellence within the OnBase Community through activities like customer support, retention and training, as well as the number of customers served.
Platinum designations are awarded for sales performance and excellence. The criteria includes growing the OnBase community through new acquisitions and additional software revenue.
