Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), has announced that Innovolt, a provider in comprehensive power protection and analytics solutions, has joined the Sharp Partner Program.
Recently, Innovolt’s power protection solutions received full validation as a Sharp Compatible Product and can reportedly function seamlessly with Sharp multifunction products (MFPs). Combined with Sharp’s current offerings, Innovolt’s n solutions can help Sharp customers of every size experience greater uptime for expensive and sensitive technology, while giving businesses the tools they need to predict, measure and maximize the performance of assets across the distributed enterprise, according to Sharp. Together with Sharp, Innovolt’s tools will reportedly drive meaningful service call reductions that allow customers to compete and grow without increased fixed costs.
“Sharp is proud to announce the availability of the Innovolt portfolio of power protection solutions,” said Shane Coffey, associate vice president, Hardware Product Management, SIICA. “The application of power protection products in situations where the power is inconsistent can help reduce service calls and contribute to increases in both dealer profitability and customer satisfaction.”
“We are excited about this opportunity to work with both Sharp Business Systems and Sharp’s impressive network of dealers,” said Jun Ho Son, CEO, Innovolt. “We share Sharp’s focus on innovation and customer satisfaction and look forward to helping Sharp Business Solutions and Sharp dealers leverage our technology to further enhance performance and uptime for their customers.”
Through Innovolt’s fleet-wide monitoring and analytics capabilities, Sharp service managers and technicians will be equipped with information to help more quickly resolve issues that happen out in the field, according to Sharp.
