Support Tackle Kids Cancer with official sponsors Hytec and PSIGEN.
The Cannata Report will host its Annual Awards & Charities Dinner on November 8, 2018, to benefit Tackle Kids Cancer, a philanthropic program benefitting the Children’s Cancer Institute at Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center. Returning as official sponsors for the 33rd annual fundraiser being held again this year at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey, are Hytec Dealer Services (Hytec) and PSIGEN Software, Inc. (PSIGEN).
Heralded for serving as the inspiration behind the philanthropic spirit in the imaging industry, the Cannata Dinner has collectively raised over $2.2 million for numerous charities nationwide. This year marks the third consecutive year proceeds from the event will benefit Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center, distinguished for both patient care and groundbreaking clinical research. To date, the Cannata Dinner has contributed over a half-million dollars to Hackensack University Medical Center.
Throughout the history of The Cannata Report’s Annual Awards & Charities Dinner, 100% of all funds raised have gone directly to its charity partners. With generous support from sponsors such as Hytec and PSIGEN in recent years, The Cannata Report has been able to continue substantially expanding the scale and scope of the event while continuing to give all proceeds to charity.
“Hytec Dealer Services is greatly privileged to sponsor The Cannata Report’s 33rd Annual Awards & Charities Dinner with proceeds going to Tackle Kids Cancer. The Cannata organization is an amazing ambassador for our great industry, and this exciting event is for a very deserving cause.
Having served the imaging industry for over 30 years, Hytec is honored to be a part of this premier industry event,” said Eric J. Auman, president and CEO, Hytec.
“PSIGEN Software is proud to once again sponsor the Awards & Charities Dinner. As we learned last year, the dinner is not only a flawless, celebratory event, but also a special time to gather in person to form new relationships and reconnect with familiar ones. Even more importantly, it is an opportunity for leaders in our industry to come together to champion a worthy cause. We are so happy to be able to support Tackle Kids Cancer through this year’s Cannata Dinner,” said Victoria Hensley.
In addition to the presentation of the Frank Awards, The Cannata Report will give a Lifetime Achievement Award to Tom Johnson, founder and former chairman and CEO of Global Imaging Systems. Johnson is widely recognized throughout the office equipment industry as a visionary for creating “the Johnson model,” a benchmarking model for acquiring and integrating businesses.
Immediately following the Annual Awards & Charities Dinner, The Cannata Report will host an official after-party, sponsored by MWA Intelligence. On Friday, November 9, The Cannata Report will celebrate its Women Influencers franchise, exclusively presented by AMETEK ESP, with the Third Annual Women Influencers Brunch, honoring top female executives in the industry. Joining AMETEK ESP to sponsor the brunch this year are Supplies Network and Electronics for Imaging (EFI). The Cannata Report will announce details for the after-party and the brunch, including additional sponsor participation, as confirmed. All events and activities associated with The Cannata Report’s Annual Awards & Charities Dinner will be held at The Madison Hotel.
Sharp Electronics Corporation will return to produce the Frank Awards multimedia presentations as A/V sponsor.
