Leading service and solutions provider Access Control Devices Inc. (ACDI) has been named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Arkansas by Arkansas Business and Workforce Research Group’s annual survey and awards program.
The Best Places to Work program highlights and honors top employers across Arkansas, supporting the growth of the state’s economy, workforce, and business community.
“To be named among the Best Places to Work in Arkansas is a tremendous recognition and a moment of celebration for our entire organization,” said Josh Lane, president and CEO of ACDI. “It’s a testament to the culture we’ve built together—one rooted in trust, teamwork, and a shared purpose to serve our partners and community with excellence.”
The 2025 Best Places to Work in Arkansas program honors 50 companies statewide that demonstrate exceptional workplace culture and practices. ACDI earned this recognition after completing a comprehensive two-part survey process. This included an in-depth review of company policies and procedures, along with an employee survey measuring satisfaction across nine key areas. Final rankings were determined by combining these results, with top-scoring organizations receiving the award.

Their passion, innovation, and commitment to our mission create a workplace culture we’re proud of every single day.”
Arkansas Business has been conducting the survey since 2014, polling employees around the state about leadership at their workplace, communication, pay, and culture.
