AMETEK Electronic Systems Protection has announced the appointment of Jonathan Millbank to head up Marketing & Sales of the ESP and SurgeX brands for EMEA. Within the role, Millbank will be responsible for growing both the ESP and SurgeX brands of power protection and diagnostic solutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
“Due to SurgeX’s continued international growth, our team needed a dedicated resource to drive the business and we’re pleased to welcome Jonathan to the team,” said Dave D’Agostino director of sales ESP/SurgeX for AMETEK Electronic Systems Protection. “Jonathan will be instrumental in our efforts to introduce the ESP brand into the international market. His wide array of experience in manufacturing and enterprise software in addition to his ability to deliver results and incite business turnaround in new markets make him an excellent fit and we’re excited for what the future holds for the two brands internationally.”
Prior to joining AMETEK Electronic Systems Protection, Millbank held sales and marketing roles at the board level within Konica Minolta, Canon Europe, Williams Lea ““ which handles business process outsourcing ““ and worked at Ricoh and OKI at the senior executive level. Prior to the Nuance acquisition, Millbank headed up business development, channel marketing and OEM partnering at eCopy EMEA and expanded the offering from Canon to include all other OEMs now selling eCopy products outside of the USA during his four-year tenure.
