Katun Corporation, provider of Arivia multifunction printers (MFPs) and leading supplier of OEM-equivalent imaging supplies for printers, copiers, and MFPs, has won the prestigious Customer Service of the Year Award at the 2025 Recycler Awards, held in Tallinn, Estonia on May 14.
The annual event, which celebrates excellence and innovation in the imaging sector, brings together industry leaders and professionals from across Europe. Katun’s recognition as Customer Service of the Year reflects the company’s exceptional performance in customer support across a broad geographic region and exemplifies their ongoing commitment to supporting partners through reliability and responsiveness.
The Recycler Awards stand out in the industry for their voting process, with winners selected by imaging industry professionals and the general public. This year, the awards reached an impressive milestone, with 134,418 votes cast across all categories.
