Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America has announced that it is expanding its direct regional sales coverage by acquiring American Business Machines in Houston, Texas.
For the past 60 years, ABM has provided a range of office equipment and solutions to businesses in Houston and the surrounding areas. As a newly created branch of Sharp Business Systems, the direct sales division of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, ABM will operate under the name of Sharp Business Systems ““ Houston.
The employees of ABM, led by founder Charles Brogna, have been asked to join the Sharp team. Additionally, the new Sharp branch will continue to offer support to new and existing customers.
“We are confident that our 60-year history of outstanding customer service and the delivery of high-quality products and solutions will complement Sharp’s already existing excellent programs,” said Charles Brogna, who will continue on as branch general manager of the new Houston office. “Joining the Sharp Business Systems team will allow us to leverage all of the benefits that come with joining an award-winning, multinational company, all of which will be passed along to our current and future customers.”
