Victor Miceli
Victor Miceli, co-owner and vice president of Des Plaines Office Equipment was one of fifteen Chicago and suburban executives recently recognized for their excellence in leadership and service, at the annual C-Suite Awards ceremony held at the Northern Illinois University Naperville campus.
More than 120 attendees attended the event, whose mission is to honor top executives who contribute to the success of the region’s economic growth and stability. Honorees are executives in top management positions in their companies, were nominated by their peers and selected by a panel of Daily Herald Business Ledger representatives.
Victor Miceli was nominated by Kimberly Brisky, of the Small Business Advocacy Council, who said, “Victor genuinely cares about the connections he has with his customers and wants to see all small businesses succeed in today’s society, whether that’s through his lobbying in Washington D.C. with the National Small Business Association or lending a hand to a customer when a tragedy strikes.”
Miceli, who serves on the Board of Directors for the Small Business Advocacy Council is an advocate for the small business owner. He has represented the SBAC in Washington D.C. and has met with the Illinois Governor to discuss concerns about improving the business climate in Illinois.
The full profile of all honorees will be in the August edition of the Daily Herald Business Ledger.
“It’s an honor to be included in the C-Suite Awards,” said Miceli, who added, “We congratulate all the other honorees and thank the Business Ledger and its sponsors for their good work in recognizing the contributions that so many businesses in our region make.”
