Tecnau, the Italian manufacturer of digital print feeding and finishing systems, has announced the appointment of Francis McMahon as the new president of Tecnau Americas and chief marketing officer of the company. McMahon (pictured above) brings extensive experience in the printing and digital imaging industry, having held senior leadership positions at Kodak and HP, and most recently serving over a decade as executive vice president of Production Printing at Canon Solutions America, from where he “retired” in February 2025. McMahon had joined Canon when the OEM acquired Océ in 2010.
“We are fortunate to welcome Francis to Tecnau,” said Chief Executive Officer Stefano De Marco. “Although he had initially planned for a longer retirement, we are grateful he has chosen to join us. His reputation in the industry—built on consistent results, deep expertise, and personal integrity—is second to none. We are proud to have him on our team.”
“I am honored by the trust placed in me by the De Marco family,” said McMahon. “Tecnau has a long-standing reputation as a global leader in feeding and finishing solutions for digital print. I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by Jeff, Stefano, and the entire team, and to further strengthening the print industry.”

Jeff Kewin
Also, after more than three decades of dedicated service, Jeff Kewin is retiring from his role as president of Tecnau Americas and Asia Pacific.
“Tecnau’s exceptional growth in 2024, together with the widespread recognition and appreciation we’ve received from the market, is a direct reflection of Jeff’s visionary leadership,” said De Marco. “On behalf of the entire Tecnau team, I extend my deepest gratitude to Jeff for his outstanding contributions.”
While stepping down from his executive role, we are pleased to announce Kewin’s nomination to Tecnau’s Board of Directors.
