Pulse Technology has named Melanie Schmidt of Elgin, IL to the position of marketing specialist.
She will play a role in overseeing the company’s social media presence, as well as helping with collateral materials including flyers, internal communications, email blasts, and blogs.
Melanie Schmidt is a recent graduate of North Central College in Naperville, IL, where she earned a B.A. in Graphic Design. During her school years, she interned as a designer for a local engineering firm. She also enjoys calligraphy and hand lettering as a hobby, and maintains an Instagram account where she practices her craft.
“I’m really pleased to be here at Pulse Technology. It’s a great place to work,” she said adding that she looks forward to working with company Vice President Vince Miceli and President/CEO Chip Miceli and the entire team.
