Ray Belanger, CEO of Bay Copy participated in a two-day summit at Lexmark North America, where he serves on the Lexmark Business Solutions Dealer Advisory Board.
While there, Mr. Belanger and some of the other Advisory Board members also had the chance to attend the Kentucky Rising concert, a fundraiser to benefit the victims of recent flooding in Kentucky.
The dealers and leaders share strategies, discuss emerging technologies and discuss the direction of the Lexmark program with these top dealers. Some of the topics covered included “road shows” to better market the products, color printing needs for businesses, cloud service integration, and planned new innovations for the future.
Clark Bugg, director of Channel Sales for Lexmark North America, said, “On behalf of the Lexmark team, we want to thank you for your time and the commitment to our BSD Advisory Board. We highly value the discussion and your contribution to the long-term growth of our partnership.”
Ray Belanger, CEO of Bay Copy, said, “Being on the Advisory Board for Lexmark’s Business Solutions Dealer group, it’s great to be part of discussions of how the needs of dealers and our end-user customers can be met in the best possible way. We thank Lexmark for its work on behalf of our dealerships and customers.”
