As cloud services become indispensable to businesses – particularly smaller customers who are now finding appeal in the newer cloud or hybrid cloud print subscription models PaperCut is focused on delivering reseller partners training and support to enable them to tap into this growing market.
To support the drive to cloud printing, the PaperCut Hive team is offering sales and technical certification courses to resellers of print management solutions. These specialized programs are designed to equip resellers with the skills and knowledge they need to engage potential customers, have more effective sales conversations, and provide ongoing support and management of PaperCut Hive.
“There’s a direct correlation between course completion and sales growth,” says PaperCut’s head of training Chris Goult. “It’s especially important for partners to skill up when a new product is launched. Their customers are going to ask questions sooner or later, and it’s imperative that partners have the right answers.”
As an added reward for completing training certification, resellers who complete a course in November will go into a draw to win 1 of 150 custom PaperCut Partner t-shirts.
PaperCut Hive courses are currently open for registration and are valid until December 2024.
