Regional business technology provider Usherwood Office Technology has opened its doors in Springfield, Massachusetts, marking its fourth location in the state and 19th across the northeast. After adding a location in Plymouth, MA early last year, Usherwood’s leadership team is excited for the growth this new office signifies.

The new office expands Usherwood’s reach across the Connecticut River Valley and Central Massachusetts. In addition to this new office, Usherwood has brought on a new Director of Sales in the region, Jason Keefe.
In his new role based out of the Springfield office, Jason will help deliver the exceptional service and industry-leading technology solutions Usherwood has become known for. With several service distinctions including 2024 World Class Service based on customer reviews, Usherwood continues to deliver high-quality service across the Northeast to over 7,000 businesses across the region.
Along with Keefe, Usherwood has added ten sales professionals to the team across all regions and continues to add new services for clients like the recent addition of penetration testing to help keep businesses secure.
