For forty years, our Annual Dealer Survey has provided the office technology industry with actionable insight into the state of the marketplace, the performance of office technology manufacturers, and the evolving challenges—as well as opportunities—confronting independent dealers.
With the launch of our 40th Annual Dealer Survey, we want to thank the dealers whose candid and invaluable responses have helped drive its success. This year, to celebrate four decades of the survey, we will award four survey participants (chosen at random) a monetary gift of $2,025.40. We hope this token of our appreciation not only underscores how grateful we are to the dealer community for their tremendous support but also provides the winners a chance to celebrate themselves and the hard work and determination that characterize the entrepreneurs who inspire us.

The survey results reflect the office technology industry’s current state and determine the winners of the Frank Awards, which honor excellence and innovation in the channel. Said CJ Cannata, “When we renamed our awards to honor our founder, Frank G. Cannata, it was our way of highlighting the significance of the awards. Only the dealers who participate in our survey can vote, and we greatly appreciate our respondents’ consideration in selecting the Frank Award winners.”
This year’s winners of the Frank Awards will be announced at The Cannata Report’s 40th Anniversary Awards & Charities Gala sponsored by Hytec Dealer Services and TD SYNNEX on November 13, 2025.
