From A3 and A4 OEMs to leasing companies, here’s what the ratings tell us from this year’s Annual Office Technology Dealer Survey in The Cannata Report.

Office technology dealer sentiment for A3 manufacturers remains resoundingly strong. Fifty-seven percent rated their primary A3 MFP supplier as “Excellent,” followed by 28% “Very Good” and 12% “Good,”

Seventy-five percent (312 of 415) of office technology dealers who responed to our survey qualified their primary A4 manufacturer ratings with comments.

In this year’s Survey, The Cannata Report included the percentage of dealers who rated their leasing companies as “Excellent” combined with those who rated as “Very Good” to provide a broader view.
