GreatAmerica Financial Services and its human resources and organizational development group, PathShare HR Services, have joined forces with Pros Elite Group to offer office technology dealers ‘NexGen’ Advanced Sales Management Training. The training will be hosted at the GreatAmerica Financial Services headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on May 20th and 21st, 2019. The training is designed to help ensure dealers grow their equipment sales by 15-20% per year by using proven best practices and benchmarks for success in MFP, Managed Print Services, and Managed IT Services disciplines. PathShare adds a new component to the Pros Elite training focused on advanced leadership skills.

PathShare will share traits desired in leadership, provide insight into leveraging leadership strengths to build trust and motivate team members to achieve sales goals, and conduct a personal assessment of leadership skills.
