ARCOA Group has entered into a tentative agreement to acquire Southwest Equipment Brokers, a respected Arizona-based asset remarketing firm. The transaction marks a key milestone in ARCOA Group’s growth strategy, expanding its geographic footprint into Arizona and further strengthening its national asset remarketing platform.
Founded in 1989, Southwest Equipment Brokers has built a strong reputation in the asset remarketing industry through decades of experience, customer-focused service, and consistent performance. The company is widely recognized for its trusted relationships and deep market knowledge throughout the region.

Planned service offerings include the continued purchase of used equipment from dealers and corporate partners, asset remarketing for major lease companies, expanded third-party logistics (3PL) services, and the addition of certified electronics recycling capabilities.
