Press release from the issuing company:

Recognizing restaurants’ need for more efficient in-house operations to enhance guest experiences and maintain a competitive edge, Epson plans to showcase its hospitality technology solutions designed to address these challenges at the National Restaurant Association Show. Built for performance and reliability, Epson’s comprehensive portfolio of point-of-sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS) and labeling solutions help restaurants streamline front- and back-of-house operations to improve order accuracy, staff communication workflows and modernize their environments. Epson’s technology solutions will be on display from May 16-19 at the McCormick Place in Chicago in booth #6861.

“As customer expectations for speed, order accuracy and seamless service continue to rise, restauranteurs are under increasing pressure to do more with less,” said Ian Livesay, product manager, Business Systems Division, Epson America. “Meeting these demands require fast, connected systems to keep kitchens running smoothly and enable foodservice professionals to operate with flexibility. Attendees will see firsthand how Epson’s innovative POS, KDS and labeling solutions drive restaurant performance to reduce errors, improve communication and support future growth.”

Epson invites National Restaurant Association Show attendees to explore the following featured innovations at its booth:

  • Streamlined Order Management: Affordable and intuitive, TrueOrder KDS keeps service running smoothly in high-volume restaurants, from food preparation to order completion and timely pickup or delivery. Attendees are invited to enjoy complimentary made-to-order coffee beverages at the Epson booth while experiencing firsthand how a KDS integrated with an interactive kiosk (featuring an Epson receipt printer) and solutions from MicroTouch, Elo, Logic Controls, and Kitchen Armor, can optimize the order fulfillment process.
  • Customized Bag Labeling: ColorWorks® color label printers enable restaurants to produce customized color labels on demand, helping ensure packaging, orders, and inventory are clearly organized to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen brand identity. Epson will showcase how TrueOrder KDS can enable integrated color to-go labels with customizable promotional messaging, a feature scheduled for release to customers later this month.
  • Portable POS Printing: Compact, durable, and versatile, the Mobilink printers combine a rugged, modern design with versatile connectivity and consistent performance to enable efficient on-the-go service for fast-paced hospitality environments.
  • Flexible Printing Solutions: Engineered for performance and innovation, the OmniLink® mSeries printers deliver powerful performance and versatile connectivity in a sleek, compact design, across POS, mPOS and cloud systems to support modern restaurant workflows.
  • Durable Kitchen Printing: Combining exceptional performance and high-quality prints, the TM-U220II kitchen and receipt impact printer serves as a versatile solution for today’s busy restaurants. With two-color printing to highlight exceptions, Wi-Fi® connectivity, simple network configuration, and crisp, clean printing at up to 6 lps, this receipt printer supports consistency and efficiency in restaurant operations.
  • Simplified Item Labeling: The OmniLink TM-L100 liner-free thermal label printer helps restaurants ensure order accuracy to increase customer satisfaction, while keeping kitchens organized and minimizing labeling waste.
  • Designed for Reliable POS Printing: Built for performance, the OmniLink® TM‑T88VII thermal receipt printer enables fast, consistent printing and seamless device connectivity to support end-to-end restaurant workflows and deliver a seamless customer experience.
