As the independent dealer channel continues to recover after a challenging 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are proud to present our 36th Annual Dealer Survey. We’ve been dropping hints for months in Fridays with Frank and Frank’s Frankly Speaking column about our findings and how this Survey will illustrate the impact of the pandemic and serve as a baseline for tracking the channel’s recovery in subsequent Surveys.
