This is the ninth year we’ve had the privilege of honoring the document imaging industry’s young influencers. When I first conceived of this feature, I had no idea of the reception it would receive and that it would continue to be the centerpiece of our June issue for as long as it has. I realize this industry has challenges recruiting and maintaining young people. Despite those challenges, a steady stream of talented young people still finds their way into the industry and set examples for other young people. Because of that, we consider it a privilege to share their journeys with you. In our cover story, Passion and Purpose, written by Story Editor Sharon Tosto Esker and Contributing Writer Kate Gragg, you’ll read about five young influencers, each working in different roles within their organizations, who are proof positive that young talent can indeed thrive in this industry. I’m excited for you to read their stories.
