Applied Innovation has been recognized by Ricoh USA, Inc. with two distinguished awards for 2026: Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner and Ricoh Production ProDealer. These honors reflect Applied Innovation’s continued dedication to elite service performance, advanced technical training, and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers across its footprint.
The Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner designation recognizes top-performing Ricoh dealerships based on a rigorous evaluation of dealership performance, technician training, safety incident reporting, and service enablement metrics.
Applied Innovation was also named a Ricoh Production ProDealer for 2026, a recognition introduced for the first time this year to spotlight dealers with exceptional expertise and performance in the production print environment. To qualify, dealerships must first earn ProVision Dealer Partner status and meet additional requirements related to advanced technician training, ongoing production program participation, and service performance.
