Press release from the issuing company:

With the AI revolution well underway, CEOs across industries face a torrent of demands. The board and institutional owners want to know, “What is the company’s AI strategy?” Competitive pressure requires CEOs to chart a clear roadmap to capitalize on quick AI wins and then drive long-term AI ROI. Both the C-suite and top functional leaders need guidance to imagine the full extent of what AI can deliver and support to make it a reality.  Sol Consulting is here to help.

Sol Digital, LLC has announced a significant expansion of its AI Acceleration practice. We unveil a new flagship AI advisory and implementation service, Sol.Assist, targeted at C-Suite executives looking to rapidly unlock high-value returns through agentic AI deployments and the organizational change management that ensures they are used well. The launch of Sol.Assist is made possible through the work of three former Xerox executives who are joining the Sol team.

Sol Welcomes Three “AI Rockstars” to the Team

Steven Bandrowczak (pictured above) comes aboard Sol as senior advisor to help guide and grow the practice. The former CEO of Xerox, Bandrowczak has led large-scale AI-driven transformation across the enterprise. His career spans decades of helping major organizations align digital platforms, AI, and automation with core business strategy. At Sol, Steven brings an executive-level perspective and a C-suite network that gives the practice immediate credibility at the top of the house.

“One of the things challenging many CEOs today is in recognizing or taking full advantage of what AI can do, and they’re struggling at the board level, the company level, or with investors to define their AI strategy,” Bandrowczak said. “I’ve joined Sol to help CEOs develop that strategy and, more importantly, to implement real-world value.”

Steve Miller has also joined Sol as Practice Lead for AI Acceleration. Steve is the former Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer of Xerox, where he built and led an AI advisory and implementation practice serving mid-sized and large enterprises. With more than 30 years of experience across digital transformation, AI strategy, automation, and global business operations, he brings the strategic depth and operational fluency that complex AI engagements require. At Sol, Steve leads execution of the firm’s AI strategy, client delivery model, and expansion of the practice’s capabilities and partnerships.

“Some executives assume that generating an AI ROI is merely a matter of implementing new technology and incentivizing the workforce to use it,” Miller said. “It’s not really a tech issue, though; it’s a combination of leadership, process, and preparing the underlying data.  Sol will help businesses align all three to grow revenues, cut costs, unlock capital, and greatly augment what the human workforce can do.”

Together, “the two Steves,” as we affectionately call them, bring decades of enterprise AI strategy and implementation experience. Meanwhile, Shivani Agarwal has joined Sol as a director within the AI Acceleration Practice. Also from Xerox, Shivani worked closely with Miller, leading enterprise AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives. She brings strong commercial and technical expertise and will lead customer engagements, solution development, and AI implementation strategy across the practice.

Why Now and Why Sol

The marketplace is screaming for leadership and thoughtful processes in AI implementation.  To their credit, many companies are experimenting. However, for many, AI implementation has not been without challenges.

AI experimentation is meritorious, but getting from experimentation to enterprise-scale results takes the right strategy, the right execution partner, and, ideally, leadership that has done it before. That is exactly what Sol is building toward.

Sol’s AI Acceleration Practice has been at the center of our client work for some time. We built SAGE, our proprietary AI engine, to compress multi-month discovery programs into weeks. We have stood up AI Communities of Practice to help workforces obtain practical AI know-how free from gamification. We have helped clients identify and act on automation opportunities, such as in business intelligence, and woven AI-augmented workflows into engagements across every practice area we serve. The foundation is real, and the results have been tangible.

Introducing Sol.Assist

Building on our previous AI consulting, the centerpiece of our practice expansion is Sol.Assist, our new flagship AI advisory and implementation offering. Sol.Assist is built for direct partnership with CEOs and C-suite leaders who are ready to move AI from a line item to a genuine operational driver.

The program helps organizations identify the highest-value opportunities for AI-driven workflow modernization, develop enterprise AI strategies grounded in measurable outcomes, and execute workforce transformation in a way that sticks. More than a strategy deck, Sol.Assist is an implementation-focused engagement, built around accountability to real business results.

The Big Picture for Current and Future Clients

Our AI Acceleration practice is more than a standalone offering. It feeds directly into Sol’s other core service lines: discovery and advisory work, product and program management, and business intelligence automation. And, our AI support is available across our specialty practices, including AdTech, Workforce and Operations Systems, and consulting for State & Local governments and Education (SLED).

Sol has always been a vendor-neutral, implementation-focused partner. We don’t advocate for particular platforms or third-party products. We help clients make smart decisions and execute them well. The expanded AI Acceleration Practice reflects that same approach, applied to the most consequential technology shift most organizations will face in the next decade.

Whether your organization is still mapping out where to begin, working to get returns on AI tools already in place, or ready to reimagine operations across the entire enterprise with the support of Sol.Assist, Sol has the experience, the leadership, and the structure to help. We welcome the conversation.
