Coordinated Business Systems, Minnesota’s premier independent business technology, solutions, and service provider, has been recognized by the Star Tribune as a winner of the Minnesota Top Workplaces 2025 award for the sixth time.

Coordinated Business Systems President, Kirk Studebaker said, ā€œI am grateful that Coordinated received this recognition. I believe this award is validation that our company’s values are aligned with our employees’ values and needs. Since the very beginning of our company, we have believed that aligned employees provide our clients with a valuable and unique experience.ā€

The Star Tribune Top Workplaces 2025 Award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. This recognition highlights an organization’s strong employee engagement and positive workplace culture. Award criteria are based on leadership, management, employee connection, engagement, alignment, flexibility, expectations, effectiveness, pay, benefits, and training.

ā€œEarning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,ā€ said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. ā€œThat’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they are allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That is paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.ā€

Studebaker concluded, ā€œCoordinated’s core belief is centered on ā€œExtra-Ordinary Connections.ā€ When our company’s values are strongly connected with our employees’ values, and when that connection is matched with the values of our clients, extraordinary results become possible for everyone.ā€
