Distribution Management (DM) has promoted Monte White to president of its DM Wholesale Division. In his new role, White will lead the wholesale sales teams in addition to overseeing all vendor-related functions across wholesale product categories, including product management, purchasing, and vendor operations.
White brings more than 35 years of experience in the wholesale print and imaging industry, having held senior leadership roles at Ingram Micro and Tech Data. His extensive expertise in operations, procurement, merchandising, and sales, combined with his unique perspective as a former vendor, competitor, and customer of DM, positions him to drive continued growth and innovation within the division. Known for his open and collaborative leadership style, Monte values transparency and believes in leading by example. His approach has earned the trust and respect of colleagues and partners throughout his career.
Beyond his corporate role, White is committed to philanthropy. He has served on the Board of Directors for JDRF since his son’s Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis in 2014, and he has been a long-time supporter of City of Hope through committee service, events, and personal contributions.
