Press release from the issuing company:
Graphic Arts Advisors (GAA), a leading M&A advisory and consulting firm serving the printing, mailing, packaging, and graphic communications industries, has added Mike Kellogg to its team as a director. Kellogg has extensive experience in print and mail business ownership, strategic acquisitions, and maximizing shareholder value through well-timed mergers and acquisitions.
In welcoming Kellogg to the team, Mark Hahn, senior managing director of GAA, noted, āMy partner John Hyde and I had the pleasure of working with Mike when GAA represented Century Direct in the sale to Content Critical in 2023. Mikeās steady hand and focus on achieving his and his partners’ goals were instrumental in completing the transaction. I know that his knowledge and experience will bring significant value to GAAās clients.ā
Kellogg brings a unique perspective and passion to the industry as a consultant in this next phase of his career. Kellogg observed, “Todayās graphic arts environment continues to develop and change. Modern innovations, such as AI and powerful digital messaging channels, create competitive marketing challenges for printers and mailers. Owners must grapple with how and when to invest in technology in the context of succession planning and preserving capital.ā
Kellogg added, āIn joining GAA, my goal is to use my experience dealing with these advances in technology and success in building successful teams to provide strategic guidance as owners prepare their companies for a sale, or conversely, position their companies to be the acquirers as the industry continues to consolidate.ā
Kellogg will be participating in a live panel discussion on Wednesday, October 22, during the PRINTING United Expo in Orlando, Florida. He will join GAA Managing Director Mark Hahn, who will moderate an interactive hour titled “Buyerās View that Drives Company Value in M&A.”
The GAA partners will be attending all three days of the Printing United Expo 2025 show, October 22-24. They will be available for one-on-one confidential meetings during these days.
