Tom founded Distribution Management in 1972, establishing the company with a strong set of core values that continue to guide and define DM today. His visionary leadership, resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment to his employees laid the foundation for DM’s enduring success over the decades.
For the past 12 years, Tom served as chairman of DM, offering invaluable support, encouragement, and wisdom to the company’s leaders. His presence and guidance will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of working with him.
Tom’s legacy will remain a cornerstone of Distribution Management as we continue to move forward, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him. As we look to the future, Sean Fleming will continue to serve as CEO of Distribution Management, a role he has held for the past 15 years.
