Press release from the issuing company:

Here’s a “perk” you don’t find at too many companies – a cruise from Rome to Barcelona, and along the French Riviera.

But then, Pulse Technology, a five-time recipient of an annual “Best Places to Work” award, isn’t your average company. This technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services, Audio-Visual and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, recently rewarded its top-performing employees for their 2025 contributions with a ten-day getaway cruise from Rome to Barcelona and along the French Riviera.

The trip is the latest example of the company’s “President’s Club” which provides incentive vacations every year. In previous years, Pulse President’s Club winners vacationed in the Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Alaska, and Cancun.

This year’s recipients included Mildret Delgadillo, administration manager; Andris Hansen, IT specialist; Gerry Rios, installer; Rick Silva, senior service technician; Paul Miceli, director, audiovisual; Tim Branion, senior account executive; Greg Fox, large account furniture executive; Nancy Mathena, furniture sales; Abigail Mancione, furniture designer; Joelle Christie. senior IT engineer; Chip Miceli, CEO; and Terry Miceli, travel and event coordinator and assistant to the CEO. Terry Micelii said, “There were so many events to choose from – excursions, touring a winery, touring Genoa (Italy), and other cities along the way. The ship was great; the food and service were fabulous.”

Branion, who leads the sales effort at Pulse’s Merrillville, Indiana location, has been with the company for eight years and this was his 4th President’s Club Vacation. He said, “By far, this was the most amazing trip ever. Chip and the team went out of their way to make this a special trip! I studied Roman history in college, so seeing Pompei was incredible.” Branion, who previously worked for Xerox and Circuit City, said, “I’ve never worked at a place where I could call the owner; I can’t convey enough my appreciation for what they do for us.”

Administration Manager Delgadillo said, “This was a 1000% great trip. There is so much beauty over there; it was my first time on a cruise and first time to Europe. Each place had its own beauty. I loved all of it!”

Vince Miceli, vice president, noted, “We are all proud of everyone who earned their place on this getaway. The trip was a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and excellence that our top performers bring to the company every day. Their commitment to success continues to drive our growth, and I’m already looking forward to seeing who will join us next year!”
