Superior Office Systems has announced the completion of a merger with Sapphire Office Solutions.
The merger is the first transaction for SOS since Rockwood Equity Partners completed a recapitalization in partnership with SOS co-founders, Eric Wolf and Tim Glover, in October 2019. It marks a major step in SOS’s planned evolution into a full service, “best-in-class” office solutions provider for the New York metropolitan and surrounding areas.
“A partnership with Sapphire is a perfect fit for SOS because both companies have built strong reputations for providing industry-leading products and services to office equipment customers in the area for two decades,” commented co-CEOs Tim and Eric. “Joining forces will allow the combined company to grow by serving a more diverse customer base through expanded product and service offerings across a range of price points.”

Together, Tim Glover, Eric Wolf and Paul Holstein will serve as co-CEOs of the combined company.
