UBEO Business Services, a provider of printer, copier and related office equipment sales and services, has become the largest independent dealer of its kind in Texas, with a series of strategic acquisitions. This comes after the November 2018 acquisition a regional leader in California.
PrintRX, LLC in San Antonio and Braswell Office Systems, Inc. in Corpus Christi are now UBEO companies and will continue operating under their existing names. Each acquired business will keep its leadership and teams but will be designated a UBEO company.
- PrintRX has grown from its beginnings in 1970 as a copier dealership to an 25- employee operation offering a broad range of business technology and managed print solutions.
- Braswell, the oldest of the newly acquired companies, has operated and provided superior quality service to their customers since 1945.
These new acquisitions continue a trajectory of growth for UBEO, which is co-headquartered in Austin and San Antonio. UBEO and its growing roster of companies across the state and nation offer an array of services, including print fleet management, electronic document management, production print solutions, interactive communications, and Managed IT.
Last April, UBEO joined with Sentinel Capital Partners to acquire the most outstanding business technology organizations in the country. In early March 2019, the company announced the acquisition of Core Business Solutions and CopyZone””the leading business technology company in the Rio Grande Valley. These added to UBEO’s operations in Central Texas, North Texas, East Texas, California and Louisiana. In 2018, UBEO’s revenue growth exceeded over 3x prior year annual revenue.
