Xerox Declares Quarterly Dividends of 12.5¢ per Share on Common, $20 on Preferred Stock

Xerox Holdings Corporation’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on Xerox Holdings Corporation Common Stock. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2025. Board members also declared a quarterly dividend of $20 per share on the outstanding Xerox Holdings Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 15, 2025.
