Acumatica Cloud ERP has announced the general availability of 2025 R2, which features enhanced usability, embedded AI-powered innovation, and expanded industry-specific functionality designed to improve efficiency and decision-making for mid-market businesses. 2025 R2 is the second of Acumatica’s semi-annual product updates.

Configurable AI Automations with AI Studio
First unveiled at Summit 2025 in late January, Acumatica AI Studio’s automation capabilities are fully configurable, leveraging AI-powered large language models (LLMs) to help businesses save time and reduce manual work. With this release, business users and partners can set up LLM-powered automated workflows with minimal effort and no code. Once defined, the automations can be triggered in various business workflows, helping teams update records and streamline repetitive processes without extra steps or complexity.
