Agfa Inkjet Solutions welcomes Andy Clifton as head of innovation. Reporting to Vincent Wille, president of Digital Printing Solutions, Clifton will lead Agfa’s global R&D organization and will further strengthen the OEM’s recognized leadership innovation by continuing to integrate developments across ink, equipment, and software.
An internationally experienced leader, Clifton brings more than 30 years of expertise in the digital printing industry. He has an extensive track record of pioneering new capabilities and successfully bringing innovative products to market. A strategic thinker, Andy is recognized for developing long-term visions, navigating complex and ambiguous challenges, and delivering meaningful innovation and business outcomes. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bath, where his early research was focused on advanced materials and sensor technologies.
