Even though we have a break in our publishing schedule with this (summer double) issue out for two months, we’re still out there on the road!
Next up on our CR”“Connect: 2019 Dealer Tour, sponsored by Leaf Commercial Capital, is a trip to Nashville to visit with Novatech and spend time with its newly installed CEO Dan Cooper. While in Music City, we’ll also be spending time with members of RJ Young’s leadership team of CEO Chip Crunk, EVP Hunter McCarty, and COO AJ Baggott (one of our 2019 Young Influencers), along with other executives from the Nashville corporate headquarters. The CR”“Connect summer schedule also has us stopping in Grand Rapids, MI, for a visit with father-son duo of John and Casey Lowery of Applied Imaging.
We’re flying high as we’ve just closed this year’s Annual Dealer Survey, sponsored by TIAA Bank, with a record number of participants. A huge thank you to all the dealers who shared their insights and intelligence. The results of the Annual Dealer Survey will be released in our October and November issues, and the winners of the Frank Awards will be announced on November 7 at our Annual Awards & Charities Dinner, sponsored by Hytec Dealer Services, PSIGEN Software, and Continuum.
So far, the summer of 2019 has been productive and thrilling for us. We’re just back home after having spent several days at ITMA 2019 in my new favorite city of Barcelona. Look for our in-depth coverage of the show in September’s Production Print themed issue.
The issue will be a special one for many reasons, including the execution of an exciting new cover concept for The Cannata Report.
Our trip to Spain provided us with some great new opportunities (stay tuned for the details in September’s issue) and some memorable experiences. Here’s to hoping your summer is a great one!
