Fraser Advanced Information Systems has announced the promotion of Jim Pierce to the role of chief operations officer (COO). Pierce was previously the vice president of operations with Fraser.
In his new role, Mr. Pierce will oversee all aspects of business operations geared toward meeting business goals and growth projections. In close collaboration with the CEO, he will work to build upon existing management teams within the organization, as well as develop new talent that will continue to fuel the expansion of Fraser’s business technology offerings.
“Jim’s experience and expertise as our Vice President of Operations for the past 19 years has produced outstanding results,” said William Fraser, president. “Under his leadership, our operations group has grown tremendously. In his new position, Jim and I will work together to continue the double-digit growth and expansion of the company as well as promoting Fraser’s core values and culture.
