Press release from the issuing company:
Bankinter, through its Venture Capital division, has participated in HappyRobot’s $150 million Series C funding round. The company specializes in AI agents for automating complex business operations. The transaction was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, and forms part of the bank’s commitment to investing in highly innovative companies.
Existing investors a16z, Base10 and Y Combinator are reinforcing their investment alongside strategic partners including, in addition to Bankinter, Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), Kfund, Orange, T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom), Endeavor Catalyst, and Wave-X.
The round values the company at $1.2 billion post-money, bringing total funding to approximately $200 million and marking a new stage of growth as companies deploy AI agents across business-critical processes.

HappyRobot focuses on developing business superintelligence. Its platform enables organizations to create, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate complex operational workflows across voice, email, documents and the web. By learning from every interaction and execution, HappyRobot helps organizations capture operational knowledge, optimize information sharing and gain real-time visibility into their operations.
HappyRobot currently works with more than 150 large enterprises, including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repso,l and Uber, and has grown fivefold since closing its Series B round at the end of last year.
After establishing its platform in the logistics sector—one of the world’s most complex operating environments—the company is expanding into sectors such as insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications, airlines, and other industries, where a significant share of operations still relies on manual processes and fragmented systems.
The new capital injection will enable HappyRobot to accelerate the development of its platform, expanding its AI capabilities, integrations with enterprise systems and the infrastructure required to deploy AI agents at scale. The company will also strengthen its global engineering, implementation, and business development teams to meet growing demand from companies across different sectors.
