The office technology industry is an industry that thrives on relationships, and customer, dealer, and vendor appreciation are key criteria for cementing those relationships. Those relationships are key contributors to dealers’ and their vendors’ success. As those of us who have been in the industry for some time realize, sometimes it is a complicated relationship.
