MPS Monitor S.r.l., a Valsoft company, has confirmed that it has resolved the litigation between MPS Monitor, Valsoft Corporation, Inc., and Oberon Americas, Inc. that had been pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
The parties have reached a settlement on mutually agreeable terms. Certain terms of the settlement are confidential, and the resolution includes no admission of wrongdoing by any party.
As part of the resolution, the parties confirm that the distribution agreement between MPS Monitor and Oberon Americas has been terminated, effective as of 10 July 2023. Oberon Americas does not have the right to distribute the MPS Monitor software and will no longer seek to recover any fees for the use of MPS Monitor.
MPS Monitor remains the owner and provider of the MPS Monitor platform and continues to serve customers across the Americas directly and through its authorized partners, without interruption.
