WiZiX Technology Group, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Edwards Office Systems, Inc. based in Sacramento, CA.
This acquisition is the fourth completed by WiZiX since October 2017. Prior acquisitions include Stanton Office Machines of Fresno, Scott Technology Group of Sacramento and Complete Business Systems in Livermore, CA.
WiZiX Technology Group President Gary Johnson stated “The purchase of Edwards Office Systems is very exciting! Strategically it strengthens our market presence in the Greater Sacramento Area, without the burden of additional overhead expenses. Edwards has an excellent technical staff that will be joining our award winning service team. I am very excited to welcome them and the Edwards customers to WiZiX.”
