SDI is an award-winning Sharp authorized dealer. It also operates a factory approved service facility in Southampton, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, where customers speak with real people, who are knowledgeable, and able to fix things quickly. The company is run by the Branka family, as it has been for several generations.
