One of the more gratifying aspects of creating our annual survey issues are the many compliments we receive from dealers, OEMs, and other vendors in the channel about how useful the information we compile in our annual survey is to them.
This information provides dealers with a baseline on how they are performing against their peers in terms of revenue, MIF, productivity, engagement in MPS and MNS as well as other areas of their business. It also allows dealers to share their plans for acquisitions, their challenges, as well as where they see the greatest growth opportunities.
