Fiery, LLC, the print industry’s leading innovator of digital front ends (DFEs) and workflow software, has completed the acquisition of Spanish print technology company Inèdit Software.
Print providers will be able to continue to enjoy high-quality RIP solutions for digital print applications from Inèdit products like neoStampa, neoTextil, neoCatalog, and neoMatch. These complement Fiery’s existing solutions for commercial, industrial, wide-format, direct-to-film (DTF), and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, offering print providers a one-stop shop for a broad range of printing applications—all with the freedom to use printers from the industry’s widest selection of manufacturers.
In the future, print providers can look forward to even stronger solutions for digital textile printing, as Fiery intends to enrich Inèdit’s product offerings with industry-leading expertise in color and imaging, job management, RIP performance, and device integration.

In November 2025 Fiery entered into an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire all interests in Inèdit, the Spanish specialty print technology company . As a leader across a broad range of digital textile printing applications, Inèdit’s products and technologies will complement Fiery’s industry-leading specialty print software portfolio to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for printers around the world.
With the acquisition of Inèdit, Fiery expands its product portfolio to offer a complete range sof software solutions for the digital textile and specialty printing markets. Inèdit’s wellrespected software products like neoStampa and neoTextil will complement Fiery’s Digital Factory family of solutions to serve a broad range of print applications such as fashion and apparel, home decor, soft signage, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing.
