Stramaglio Consulting has announced that Hannah O’Donnell has joined The Breakaway Team, an initiative of The Consortium designed to foster growth, innovation, and intergenerational collaboration across the workplace services industry.
The Breakaway Team, launched in May 2024 , was established to leverage the insights and energy of emerging industry leaders while strengthening dialogue between generations. Since its formation, the team has continued to expand its reach and influence, delivering its third major public presentation at ECS 26.
O’Donnell brings a practical, execution-focused perspective grounded in real-world go-to-market strategy and buyer realities. Her experience across the IT channel ecosystem provides a holistic view shaped by her work with the Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA), her background with Collabrance (now The20), and broad collaboration across channel partners.
In addition, Hannah contributes a strong leadership and people-centered lens, with emphasis on culture, talent development, and scalable growth. Her collaborative approach prioritizes open dialogue, constructive challenge, and thoughtful progress — qualities that align closely with the mission of The Breakaway Team.
