Press release from the issuing company:
Today at LOUPE Americas 2026, HP brings its vision for Nonstop Digital Production to life, combining industry-leading presses with intelligent software, AI-powered automation, and workflow solutions to help customers expand production capabilities and capture new business opportunities across pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging applications.
Visitors will see demonstrations spanning HP’s end- to-end ecosystem – from the HP Indigo 6K+ and HP Indigo 200K Digital Presses and finishing solutions with industry leaders, to the latest HP Industrial Print Software and Solutions, including AI-powered and automated workflow capabilities, plus a new interactive 3D experience of the HP Indigo V12 Digital Press.
LOUPE Americas also marks a major milestone for the HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press, which has surpassed 200 sales since launching at Labelexpo Europe 2025, with a growing number of customers investing in a second or third press. The milestone comes as label and packaging converters navigate rising production costs, labor shortages, and increasing demand for shorter runs, faster turnaround times, and greater production flexibility.
Atlanta-based premium label manufacturer, Brightline Label and Packaging LLC is celebrating this milestone as HP Indigo’s 200th HP Indigo 6K+ customer. Adam Seiz, owner of Brightline Label and Packaging LLC, said: “I’ve worked with HP Indigo technology for over a decade, and the HP Indigo 6K+ stood out for its proven performance, exceptional quality, and how naturally it fits into the automated, data-driven operation we’re building at Brightline. The added capacity and consistency mean our customers can count on us for faster turnarounds, broader applications, and room to scale their own growth. This press is the foundation of what comes next, and we’re excited to build it with HP.”
Noam Zilbershtain, vice president and general manager, HP Indigo, said:”Launching the HP Indigo 6K+ at Labelexpo Europe just one year ago marked an important milestone in the evolution of our labels portfolio. Achieving 200 sales in such a short time reflects the confidence converters have in the platform and in HP Indigo’s vision for the future of nonstop digital production. At LOUPE Americas, we are showcasing solutions that enable converters to meet the demands of short-, mid- and long-run label production, while building on this momentum with AI-powered innovations and automated workflows.”
A Complete Labels and Packaging Portfolio for End-to-End Digital Production
At the center of HP’s showcase is the HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press, the industry’s best-selling digital label press, powered by SmartControlSystem and designed to maximize uptime, productivity, and automation while delivering HP Indigo’s renowned print quality. With support for virtually any media, up to 97% of the color gamut[i], and a broad portfolio of special inks, the press enables high-mix production across applications from pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves to in-mold labels, laminated tubes, folding carton, flexible packaging, and more, while maintaining quality and productivity.

Visitors can also see Enhanced Productivity Mode (EPM) in action, which enables converters to run at up to 33% higher press speed[ii] and throughput while reducing cost per job and achieving a higher breakeven point. This turns everyday label production into a more efficient and scalable operation.
Extending the showcase from labels into flexible packaging, HP is demonstrating its market leadership in the fastest growing market with the HP Indigo 200K Digital Press across both application areas. An optional add-on slitter enables label converters to move between narrow-web labels and flexible packaging while maximizing press utilization and production efficiency. Building on HP Indigo’s proven flexible packaging expertise, the press combines exceptional print quality and broad media compatibility.
HP is offering the HP Indigo Digital Pouch Factory an end-to-end flexible packaging solution built around the HP Indigo 200K Digital Press. The solution enables converters to move from design to finished packaging in hours instead of weeks, reducing inventory risk while offering a practical route to enter or expand into the growing digital flexible packaging market.
The HP Indigo V12 Digital Press will make its debut through a new interactive 3D experience at LOUPE Americas, providing an inside look at its LEPx technology and the press workflow from file to finish.
Across the show floor, HP brings end-to-end production to life through 13 projects developed with 15 partners across prepress, media, embellishment and finishing, spanning pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and pressure-sensitive RFID-enabled labels.
Expanded Flexibility Across the HP Indigo Ecosystem
HP Indigo is also expanding its inline primer ecosystem in North America. Alongside its longstanding relationship with Michelman, narrow web label press businesses have access to primer solutions from Sun Chemical and ACTEGA, providing greater flexibility and supply chain resilience.
Connected Workflows with HP Industrial Print Software and Solutions
The HP PrintOS ecosystem will show how connected production, automation, AI, and workflow can help print businesses respond faster, reduce operational effort, and scale more efficiently.
“Every capability we add to HP PrintOS is designed to work smarter for our customers, not just add another dashboard,” said Diana Pascual Soldevilla, general manager, Software and Solutions, HP Graphics Solutions Business. “At LOUPE, we’re showing how AI, automation, and expert guidance come together to help print businesses win more work, produce more efficiently, and grow with confidence.”
Visitors will see HP Nio v1.2, the latest update to HP’s AI-powered PrintOS, with support for all PrintOS languages, embedded video guidance, and faster, more contextual responses. HP will also highlight the upcoming integration of Nio with HP Site Flow and HP PrintOS Color Beat, extending AI-powered guidance across workflow automation and color management. In addition, a new product creation experience from HP Site Flow will showcase improved production visibility and enhanced reporting capabilities with HP Print Beat.
