PaperCut Software, a leader in print management solutions, announces the winners of its 2025 Pinnacle Awards. The awards recognize Authorized Partners (APs) which have shown outstanding commitment to PaperCut’s values, growth initiatives, and customer-first philosophy over the past year.
The event, which began in 2016, celebrates the partners whose dedication and innovation drive the PaperCut ecosystem forward, embodying the company’s core values of Caring, Honest, Intelligent, and Nimble (CHIN).
2025 Pinnacle Award Winners: EcoprintQ and Bluemega share top honor
This year, for the first time in the award’s history, the top honor—the PaperCut Pinnacle Award—was presented to two co-winners: ecoprintQ and Bluemega. The Pinnacle Award recognizes the partner that displays an overall commitment to PaperCut’s vision, values, philosophies, and business results, judged on their alignment, responsiveness, innovative thinking, infrastructure investments, and overall business results.
Bluemega was recognized for its consistent alignment with PaperCut’s strategic goals, willingness to invest in the future, and its deep spirit of collaboration. They created a new reseller program designed to build self-sufficient, skilled, and engaged partners for the long term.
ecoprintQ was honored for its professionalism, mature and caring culture, and achieving over 20% year-over-year growth while staying completely aligned with shared goals. The partner was lauded for their exemplary execution of global initiatives, strong marketing efforts, and a positive, “let’s do this together” mindset.

PaperCut category award winners underscore growth and customer focus
In addition to the Pinnacle Award, PaperCut recognized partners across four key categories that reflect the core drivers of the print management industry and ecosystem health:
- Net New Customer Club: ecoprintQ was recognized as one of the top five partners for securing the most new customers year-on-year.
- Proactive Support: Bluemega was honored for embodying the “Customer First” principle.
- Renewal Champion: ecoprintQ was awarded for best-in-class “Maintenance & Support (M&S)” renewals globally.
- Growth in Engaged Partners: Selectec was recognized for successfully growing the density of engaged resellers within their ecosystem.
