In this week’s episode, Frank G. Cannata continues his interview with Chris and Danielle Wolowitz, co-owners of Shore Business Solutions in Wall Township, New Jersey. Chris acquired the dealership in 2019, then the COVID-19 virus happened. Danielle came on board and spearheaded training efforts as the dealer grew from 13 to 35 employees.
Partners Kyocera, Sharp, Gap Intelligence, and Keypoint/BLIQ really upped their game with online education in those lockdown days, she recalls, and Konica Minolta has stepped up post-pandemic. Frank inquired about the dealer’s revenue growth, too, which has exploded to more than $7 million this year from under $2 million six years ago.
