Visual Edge Technology, Inc. has announced the appointment of John T. Bingle to corporate treasurer, a new executive leadership position for the expanding office-equipment and information-technology solutions company.
“This is a key position that will not only support the $300 million, 1,200-plus employee company that we have become but will also solidify our plans for continued growth,” says Michael Mills, vice president of administration and chief financial officer for Visual Edge Technology, Inc. “This is just the beginning of a plan to build out our team.”
“We wanted someone who has run multiple finance functions in larger corporations, and John is a senior-level executive with just the experience that we were looking for,” added Mills.
“I relish the opportunity to learn a whole new industry with Visual Edge,” says Bingle. “I have always worked for companies where policies and procedures were inherited. Now, I will collaborate with a team of executives directly responsible for developing policies and initiatives vital for the long-term growth that Visual Edge envisions.”
Bingle holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
