At our 34th Awards & Charities Dinner in November, we asked a few thought leaders from across the board—OEMs, dealers, software, and services providers—to share what they will be focused on in 2020. Not surprising, security is top of mind along with acquisitions and expansion, to name a few. One unifying thread: all are focused on how they can make the most of new technologies and innovations to create significant opportunities for their clients and customers.
