Matik Appoints Paul Angelsky as Director of Sales for Labels

Matik, Inc., a leading provider of innovative industrial solutions, has appointed Paul Angelsky as director of sales, Labels. With decades of experience in labels, packaging, and digital print, Angelsky will lead sales strategy for Matik’s Labels vertical, focusing on expanding the company’s customer base and advancing SEI Laser’s Labelmaster and Combat product lines.

Angelsky’s career spans sales roles serving several industries, including flexible packaging and folding carton applications. In his most recent position, Angelsky served as director of label and packaging at Konica Minolta, where he led growth and retention efforts across the Midwest and managed direct, commercial and dealer sales channels.

Angelsky also held leadership roles at EFI and Xeikon, where he contributed to revenue growth, expanded market adoption of 3D printing solutions, and developed strategic go-to-market initiatives.

“Paul brings a valuable combination of label industry expertise and a strong track record in digital print growth,” said Dean Haertel, executive vice president of sales at Matik. “As we continue to invest in our labels vertical, his leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering advanced SEI Laser solutions to our customers.”

In his new role, Angelsky will focus on driving Matik’s labels vertical business development, with a particular emphasis on Labelmaster and Combat product lines by SEI Laser. He will also support Matik’s digital transformation initiatives and strengthen its sales organization as it delivers next-generation laser solutions to customers.
