Based on the dealership’s past success, Chip is “very good at making forecasts,” Cannata shares.
Contrary to popular advice, Miceli shunned the idea of bringing in a subject matter expert (SME) to sell production printing and, instead, ramped up by relying on the deep expertise of Dino Pagliarello, the OEM’s VP of product management and production print, and his Sharp support team.
