Next-gen leaders have been “born and bred on the Internet,” Mike points out, giving them a different business perspective that can serve to rejuvenate our industry. What they need us “gray hairs” for is connection, he adds. However, Frank urges that many dealer owners need to adjust their bad attitudes and open their minds about the value that younger leaders can bring to the proverbial table. Mike concludes by reminding our dealer friends that curiosity is a good thing.
